COVID-19

As the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus) evolves, Atlantic Realty Group has taken steps to protect our employees and residents.  Our leasing and management offices will continue to be open to serve residents and prospective residents by appointment only.  We encourage our residents to utilize the resident portal for rent payments and service requests.  Residents may also email or call the office for assistance.  Prospective residents are recommended to use our website for online leasing and our leasing teams are prepared to give a virtual tour.  Should you need to visit our communities, please contact us for an appointment.  Any in-person tours or meetings will require compliance with the latest CDC guidelines of wearing a facemask and 6 feet of social distancing.  Rest assured Atlantic Realty Group is prepared to guide our employees and residents through these challenging times. 

Beginning on May 4, 2020 our maintenance teams will resume normal operations in handling non-emergency service requests with some restrictions. Any non-emergency service requests that were requested during our moratorium and not completed will now be addressed in the order it was received.  Our maintenance teams will be practicing social distancing and will have adequate facemasks while performing the request.
